Support Coordination

Our Level 2 Support Coordination helps participants understand and implement their NDIS plan, connect with ndis providers, and build the skills needed to manage their supports confidently. Using a strengths-based and person-centred approach, we assist participants to navigate systems, address barriers, and make choices that align with their goals. This service is designed for those who require moderate support to coordinate their plan, ensuring that services are delivered effectively, safely, and in a way that promotes independence and wellbeing.
