The Navigators & Co provides Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, Social Work services, Community Participation, and Mentorship for NDIS service users across metropolitan Adelaide (Kaurna land) and country. We support NDIS participants with all disabilities and all levels of support needs, including those with complex circumstances. The team delivers services in the home, in the community, and through flexible outreach models tailored to individual needs.
